Get Support¶
If you've worked through the relevant troubleshooting steps and still have a problem, here's how to reach us.
Before you contact support¶
Check the Troubleshooting page first. It covers the most common issues and is faster than waiting for a reply.
Also check: - The manager's own status messages. Hover any status badge or control for a tooltip with more detail. - The GitHub releases page for known issues in the current version.
Contact¶
Email: support@invictuscockpits.com
Website: invictuscockpits.com
When you write in, include: - Your manager version (shown in Settings → About, or in the title bar) - Your board type (Sidewinder or Phoenix) and firmware version (shown on the Firmware page) - Which sim you're using (DCS, BMS, or both) and the version - A description of what you expected to happen and what actually happened - Any error messages. Copy the text exactly, or take a screenshot
Reporting a bug¶
If you found a repeatable bug in the manager software, open an issue on the releases repository:
github.com/invictuscockpits/aim-cockpit-manager-releases/issues
Include the same information as above, plus steps to reproduce.
